The eShopping Affiliate Program ("Program") is designed to allow individuals or marketing agencies to promote and market the eShopping app to customers and businesses in exchange for commissions. Affiliates can earn commissions by generating sales through their promotional activities. The program offers benefits such as commission payouts, bonuses, data bundles, airtime, and branded merchandise. The program is structured to support both new affiliates and top performers, with specific requirements, targets, and benefits tailored for each group.

eShopping refers to the eShopping app application, which is published and available for download on the Google Play Store and APKPure Store. The app offers a w
de range of products, with affiliates earning commissions based on sales generated through their promotional efforts.
Affiliate refers to an individual or entity who shares, promotes, advertises, and spreads awareness about the eShopping app to customers and businesses.
The Affiliates refers to individuals or marketing agencies who participate in the eShopping Affiliate Program, earning commissions or recurring revenue by promoting the eShopping app.
The Company refers to Forever Developers Inc., the developer, publisher, and entity responsible for the operations of the eShopping app. Forever Developers Inc. is located at Namasuba Central, Entebbe Road.
Eligibility for the Program
To participate in the eShopping Affiliate Program, you must meet the following requirements based on your affiliate status (New Affiliates or Top Performers):
New Affiliates:
A smartphone or equivalent mobile device with internet access.
Ability to make sales and marketing efforts for the eShopping app.
Basic proficiency in English.
A valid telephone number for communication.
Willingness to promote the eShopping app.
Minimum total sales value required: UGX 400,000 before commissions can be earned or withdrawn.
Minimum withdrawal amount: UGX 15,000.
Top Performers:
A smartphone or equivalent mobile device with internet access.
Ability to make sales and marketing efforts for the eShopping app.
Proficiency in basic English.
A valid national ID and 2 passport photos.
A valid Local Council (LC) letter.
Next of kin information.
A valid bank account or telephone number registered in the affiliate's name.
S4 Certificate for Top Performers (Optional)
Minimum total sales value required: UGX 1,000,000 before commissions can be earned or withdrawn.
Minimum withdrawal amount: UGX 50,000.
Withdrawals are restricted to one time every 48 hours.
Commission Structure
New Affiliates:
4% commission on sales made through their referral.
Commissions are paid daily after meeting the minimum sales target.
Top Performers:
5% commission on sales made through their referral.
Commissions are paid daily, but withdrawals are restricted to one time every 48 hours.
Commission Withdrawals
New Affiliates:
Minimum amount for withdrawal: UGX 15,000.
Commissions can be withdrawn daily after meeting the minimum sales target of UGX 400,000.
Top Performers:
Minimum amount for withdrawal: UGX 50,000.
Withdrawals can only be made once every 48 hours.
A 2% commission charge applies on every withdrawal.
Affiliate Benefits
For New Affiliates:
1. Daily Commission Payouts: Affiliates earn daily commissions based on their sales.
2. Daily Data Bundle: Affiliates receive up to 165MB of data and 15 minutes of daily airtime.
3. Free eShopping App Reflector or Jacket: Branded items to promote the app.
4. Bonus for Exceeding Targets: A daily bonus of UGX 5,000 if at least 50% of the sales target is exceeded.
5. Zero Commission Charges: Affiliates earn their full commission without deductions.
For Top Performers:
1. Daily Commission Payouts: Top performers earn daily commissions based on their sales.
2. Daily Data Bundle: Affiliates receive up to 500MB of data and 30 minutes of daily airtime.
3. Free eShopping App Reflector or Jacket: Branded merchandise to support affiliate marketing efforts.
4. Bonus for Exceeding Targets: A daily bonus of UGX 10,000 if at least 50% of the sales target is exceeded.
5. Free eShopping App Water Bottle or Flask: For promoting the eShopping app.
6. Free eShopping App Cap: Branded promotional item for Top Performers.
7. Access to eShopping App Operating System: Limited access to basic commission tracking features.
8. eShopping App Affiliate Email Address: Personalized email address for communication and professional branding (affiliateName@eshoppingapp.com).
9. 2% Commission Charge: Applies to each withdrawal made by Top Performers.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting and marketing the eShopping app to generate sales.
Affiliates must place orders on behalf of customers through the eShopping app or the affiliate app.
Affiliates must maintain up-to-date personal information and provide accurate details for withdrawals, including a valid bank account or telephone number.
Affiliates must adhere to all guidelines set by the company for marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
Restrictions
Affiliates must refrain from using deceptive or fraudulent practices to generate sales or commissions.
Affiliates may not make false claims or misrepresent the eShopping app to customers.
Affiliates must comply with all local laws and regulations governing advertising and marketing.
Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Program if they violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to meet the minimum sales targets.
Modification of Terms
The company reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes or updates to the Program.

Track affiliate sales and commission earnings.
Communicate with affiliates regarding account status, commissions, and Program updates.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for commission processing, payment services, or as required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as you are an active affiliate. If you leave the Program, your data will be deleted upon request or within a reasonable time frame.

7. Affiliate Rights
Affiliates have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us.
