Welcome to the eShopping App mobile messaging and notifications service (the "Service"), operated by Forever Developers Inc. ("Forever Developers Inc.", "we", or "us"). By using this Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms").

1. Consent & Use of the Service
By opting into eShopping App’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Forever Developers Inc. via your wireless provider. Messages may be sent using an automated system or other technology and include:
Transactional messages – Order confirmations, account alerts, delivery updates, etc.
Promotional messages – Discounts, special offers, cart reminders, and marketing campaigns.
Your consent is voluntary, and you do not need to subscribe to this Service to make purchases.
2. Charges & Message Frequency
We do not charge for this Service. However, your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions and account activity.
You are responsible for all carrier fees related to SMS/text messaging.
Please check your mobile plan or contact your wireless provider for details.
3. How to Opt-Out or Get Help
Opt-Out:
You may unsubscribe from this Service at any time by:
Texting the single keyword STOP to FDI Group.
Clicking the unsubscribe link in any message (if available).
Once you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

4. Service Changes & Limitations
We may change the short codes or phone numbers we use for this Service. If this happens, we will notify you in advance.
You acknowledge that:
Messages sent to a changed number or short code may not be received.
We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to provider issues.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with a valid and updated mobile number.
If you change your number, you must re-subscribe with your new number.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages.
Errors or inaccuracies in message content.
Actions you take (or fail to take) based on messages received.
